journal or the journal of RF&D described using BXH and BXLE to test 30 bits in
succession. This trick is still valid and extends to 62 consecutive tests in
AMODE64. It would be useful to have it in either the examples appendix in
Principles of Operations or in one of the HLASM manuals, preferably with a
