Step #1:
Make sure you have a PayPal, and an AlertPay account...
You can still work this program with just an AlertPay account, but it
is better to have both PayPal & AlertPay, especially if YOU are
starting from $0.00.
You can learn more about AlertPay & PayPal, at their respective
websites.

Step #2:
You will be filling out A LOT of online forms...To make the process
quicker, I suggest using a FREE program called RoboForm!
Once set-up, RoboForm will automatically fill-in online forms that ask
common questions, such as: name, address, city, state, zip, email,
etc.
