*Duration:* *6 months* *Description*: Duties and Responsibilities: Perform, supervise and coordinate the testing, maintenance, installation, upgrade, configuration, deployment, and administration of Middleware such as WebSphere, Weblogic, Apache, BladeLogic, Essbase, IIS, VERITAS, .NET, JBoss and SAP BusinessObjects systems and applications. Operate with considerable latitude for un-reviewed action or decision. Develops architecture, standards, and procedures for implementation and support of the Middleware systems and considers their integration with the balance of the IT infrastructure and support teams. Analyzes and evaluates Middleware systems and provides expert technical direction and recommendations to improve utilization, performance and consolidation. Creates and analyzes reports accordingly. Act as a liaison between internal user communities. Collaborates with application support staff to design and provision services, and troubleshoot problems. Work to ensure user satisfaction by coordinating installation, configuration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quick resolution of problems of the most complex nature. Resolve highly complex availability, capacity, and performance issues. Lead efforts in periodic security audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation.
