*JOB DESCRIPTION:- • Performance Test Tools: HP LoadRunner,
JMeter • Performance Monitoring Tools: Tivoli Performance
Monitoring Tool, JProfiler, Fiddler, NMON and VisualVM •
Understand the Business Requirement Specification and Non-Functional
Requirements Specifications • Gather Performance Test
requirements • Prepare Performance Test Strategy, Test Plan
documents • Identify Workload mix for the business critical
scenarios • Knowledge of monitoring, profiling and tuning tools
• SQL queries writing • Programming skills needed
for coding performance test scripts • Able to design, build,
execute and monitor performance tests • Experience in creating
detailed performance test reports • Experience in identifying
performance bottlenecks and recommending solutions • Good
experience in Batch performance testing • Good knowledge of
WebSphere and its performance counters • Extensive working
knowledge in UNIX and Windows platforms • Knowledge of
additional open source tool will be a plus. • Exposure of
Retails domain will be an added advantage • Analysis of Heap
Dump, Thread Dump and Garbage Collection Logs will be a plus.*
