*Position: Business Analyst With Insurance Experience Location: Richmond,
VA Duration: 12+ Months*


* Minimum 5-7 years of Life Insurance industry experience.*

*5+ years working with business processes (finance and actuarial experience
would be a plus)*

*Ability to interview business users, create use cases, scenarios, and
Business Requirements Documents.*

*Should have expertise in analyzing present-state processes, business
processes and create test plans.*

*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Visio &*

*MS-Project, basic data mining, understanding data relationships, basic SQL
queries*

*Familiar with Agile Project Methodology*

*Excellent communications skills - verbal and written & problem solving
skills*



*Experience with month end closing activities *
*Roles $ Responsibilities:- *Create requirements documentation by inputs
from business users and SMEs.

Liaise with business and IT teams to document existing functionality

Facilitate all requirements meetings.

Communicate progress, requirements, and other relevant information to
project stakeholders and project team.

Apply analytical and problem-solving skills when reviewing data and
existing documents

Ability to analyze data from source systems to develop documentation for
existing processes
