*Siebel Configuration, EAI and scripting, Should have strong experience working with Siebel Tools* Should be well-versed with Siebel best practices. Should have worked on assignment manager, workflows and business services Siebel Functional knowledge, preferably in Siebel Financial Services Should have end-to-end experience of Siebel implementation Excellent Team Player Excellent Communication and Documentation skills *Roles & Responsibilities:-* Ability to work independently and take ownership of a task with a little or no supervision Understand requirements and perform impact analysis Design and develop one or more modules of the Siebel application Work in co-ordination with the offshore development team Ensure adherence to Siebel development standards and guidelines Must be able work in dynamic environment and have excellent communications skills *Nice to have:* Achieves the project goals and objectives without compromising quality Work independently and as part of a team to guide project efforts to ensure high quality deliverables Prepare Deployment Check-list.
