There are 3 levels of trust for RWL. ASSP only takes level 3 into
consideration. Anything else is ignored.
Pretty sure URIBLwhitelist is irrelevant, that only applies to links
inside the body of the email.
noURIBL should have worked though I think. Not sure why it didn't.
