Ah, OK... well that explains that. Looks like Fritz just added that 
information to 15.10 for DoPenaltyExtremeSMTP.

So one last thing, and this was actually one of the first questions I 
had. Does DoPenaltyExtremeSMTP depend on DoPenaltyExtreme? i.e. Do I 
need to enable DoPenaltyExtreme to be able to use DoPenaltyExtremeSMTP? 
Now that DoPenaltyExtremeSMTP is just a checkbox, it would appear to me 
that yes, it does depend on DoPenaltyExtreme. But this is one thing that 
has bothered me about the way the GUI is laid out. It's really hard to 
tell when an option depends on something else being enabled first.
