When "force authentication" on 2nd SMTP-port is selected I would really like to have it go through the proxy without processing or minimal processing. I'm having a lot of trouble with Outlook Clients that have (of course) no valid MSG-ID, PTR nor HELO.
They are forced to authenticate using SMTP AUTH, so they shouldn't get blacklisted for these reasons...
