It appears to be a very similar feature, I'm not sure how the "global-PB" works however. For the record the GrIplist code is maintained by me. The entire thing is 2 scripts, one to handle the uploads and another to parse and build the combined list. (102 lines of code total) I believe Fritz did release the code on his site a while back but it was not working at the time.
