Yes, but currently one cannot use the GUI to compare what IS 
installed with what needs to be installed.

But then there are those who do, because it's available.

Of course I can sort the list. What I was pointing out is that a list 
that is not sorted is likely to cause some readers to make mistakes. 
It's easier for one person to get the documentation in clean shape 
than for all the users to esure that they have not made mistakes. 
That is, anything that might cause confusion or mistakes should be 
avoided if at all possible (circular references in some products' 
documentation are among of my 'favourites' of this frustration).

In documentation, one has to assume that the reader knows almost 
NOTHING at the time they read any paragraph. My experience is that 
many developers of software assume that the reader is as familiar 
with the product as the developer. By definition, this is not the 
case.
