Not sure if it has been discussed before; but I think that
the ASSP "block IP" list (either the "loose" one or the
"strict" one) may be populated and kept updated by
using the addresses listed on the spamhaus "DROP"
list; I'm referring to

http://www.spamhaus.org/drop/drop.lasso

it shouldn't be difficult setting up a piece of code to
fetch the drop from the above link, remove the ";"
chars and use the result to populate the list; and
this may help rejecting totally unwanted emails
(ok, the list isn't only for emails, yet it may help)
