imho the 'No Processing IPs* (noProcessingIPs)' option should be moved from the 'IP Blocking' area to the more apropriate 'No Processing' block within the userinterface - it took me ages to find out the reason for noprocessing messages in the log even if there seemed to be no entry within the corresponding 'No Processing' area...
