If you are running perl 5.10, have tried the assp.mod install routine, 
and are still having problems getting the perl module Image::Magick to 
show in ASSP or PPM, it could be because you don't have PerlMagick 
installed.  If not, or see if this is the case, download the ImageMagick 
installer from: 
http://www.imagemagick.org/download/binaries/ImageMagick-6.4.3-6-Q16-windows-dll.exe

Run it and check the box for PerlMagick as outlined here: 
http://www.learningmovabletype.com/a/001866installing_imag/
It should identify and match your version and build of PERL you are 
running (5.10 1003 for me).

It worked for me.
