alternatively if you use Firefox you could install the 'update scanner'
plugin which scans pages automatically every (x) hours, days etc. You
can also define a threshold (character count) for which a page is
considered "updated".

I tried setting up a service to monitor the webpages that you
post the code to, but your site is prohibiting robots.
So the only way that I know to see if there's a new version is
to check the website manually on a periodic basis. A simple post to
this list would be great if that's not too much of a burden.
