ASSP Version: 2.0.0(6.07)

I hate to even try detail this, but I do believe that for whatever
reason the fault lies within ASSP - although there probably isn't enough
detail here to do anything about it. But I think it may be worth at
least making an establishment of a possible issue:

For two days, a single user on my network has had email rejected with
the response: smtp;550 5.1.1 User unknown. Consistently rejected - every
mail attempt. Nothing has changed in my LDAP configuration for many
years now, and no other user in my organization was effected by this. I
tried tests from multiple mail domains which all failed the same way. I
have 3 LDAP servers configured for redundancy. I do not have LDAPFail
enabled.

I spent the past two days debugging this solely as an internal server
issue. I've checked and rechecked all the account information, LDAP
queries, and ran all sorts of independent tests. Everything checked out
OK. Since everything else was otherwise running fine, I assumed that it
had to be account specific, and not anything related to ASSP. But this
morning, as a last-resort, I restarted ASSP. This resolved the issue.

Does anyone have any idea why ASSP would fail the LDAP query for this
one user? What would caused a glitch like this?
