Yes, the resent is done to the original recipient if the resend is requested by an Admin. If the original email was forwarded, the resend will go to this original address. If a normal user requests the resend, all to:, cc: and bcc: lines will be removed form that email and a single to: line for requester will be added! Every resent email contains a header line X-Assp-Resend-Blocked: $myName and could so be set to noprocessing in config - 'npRe'! If the forwarding was an automatic, the resent email will come back with this line in header and could be detected!
