Definitely in the system path, I have no user-specific path. The one 
thing that is different, is that the case of the directory in the 
PATH variable is all lower case, unlike the actual path - I believe 
the ImageMagick installer did it that way. Let me switch the case to 
mixed case, matching the actual path, and see if it makes a difference.
