The actual version of Hmailserver (5.x) supports SSL. So just upgrade
it.

KL> Hi everyone - I am looking for advice & recommendations please.

KL> I am using ASSP 1.5.1 for its TLS abilities, my outgoing mail flow
KL> currently runs like this

Outlook -->> Exchange --> (Firewall) --> ASSP --> HMail --> (The World)

KL> Which works fine, but does not support TLS on the outgoing e-mail. My
KL> current solution is to have a 2nd path for mail that needs encryption
KL> that goes

Outlook -->> Exchange Virtual Server with encryption --> (firewall) -->
KL> (named organisations e-mail server)

KL> Which gives me 2 process flows to manage, removes the automatic features
KL> that ASSP provides and lacks elegance. I would like to pass everything
KL> through ASSP on the way out and replace HMail with something that will
KL> support TLS, preferably on an opportunistic basis, but on a per domain
KL> basis if needed.

KL> Can anyone suggest a product that they have used like this? My skills
KL> are mostly around Windows based kit, so a windows solution would be
KL> prefered, and open source would be good if possible.

KL> Your thoughts would be appreciated

KL> Kevin
