Martin, first - never use ASSP_SkeletonTest.pm - this is a Skeleton to build/make new plugins. It does nothing else than using memory!
Read the top of both plugins and make sure that all required modules and software is installed! ASSP_OCR.pm ASSP_AttachmentFullCheck.pm Put this plugins in assp/plugins and restart ASSP. If there is any error, that will prevent a plugin from running well, the plugin will not be loaded and the configuration part of the plugin will not be shown in GUI.
