Along the same subject: (re cyrillic) When the email interface receives an email with cyrillic in the title, (doesn’t matter which charset), ASSP writes the file to the system without any russian characters, then sends the reply back to the user, also without russian....
For example: “Subject: Hi there (some russian text here) how are you” Will get written to the FS as “FW: Hi there how are you” Obviously, if the subject is complete russian text, the user will receive back an email from assp with the subject “FW: “ - gets difficult for traking, and also for reports. I also can’t get ASSP to write to the MYSQL DB the russian text in any readable form – tried changing the charsets of MYSQL... As you can probably tell, I work in Russia, so this is quite an issue for me....
