Sorry, I only quickly read you mail, and assumed AD...

Try
proxy=mail:EMAILADDRES
or
proxy=eMailAddress:EMAILADDRESS

Under AD, each mail address is stored under the smtp: parameter. But
in your output, looks like it maybe in 2 places, but the first
('mail') looks more likely to be correct
