Make sure you save some of the emails (including headers) so that you
can report the IP to their Internet provider.  Use "Arin" to find the
provider and then complain to them with your proof.  

Anyways, you can block their IP using: (denySMTPConnectionsFromAlways).
You will no longer receive emails from that IP Address.
