I'm finding more an more that black.uribl.com has URLs in the database that aren't >>always<< spam, like pm0.net (or maybe it was pm6). Yet sometimes, there are spam url's that aren't in multi.surbl.org
Thomas - do you think it would be possible to implement URIBL weights like you have done with the RWL? Then we could put more reliance on surbl and have uribl matches only add a bit to the score.
