btw. I've implemented this as an option in URIBL (default is off) in the 
next version.
any '?d?o?t?' (? could be any non a-zA-Z0-9.) will be detected instead of 
a '.' if 'URIBLcheckDOTinURI' is enabled.

That's crazy, see, if (e.g.) you host an ML dealing with malware and/or
phishing and so on, the usual way to "mangle" URIs to avoid them being
filtered (yet they'll be "innocuous" as they are) will be to use "DOT"
or
to change (e.g.) "http" into "hxxp" and so on; so, the whole thing is
totally
a "no-issue-at-all", YET ASSP will be able to flag/discard junk emails
containing that stuff (and more) w/o any change ;)
