When you say that 'I can confirm'...I am assuming this is because you've
seen this on your systems?

Could you clarify (for my knowledge) why the spammer's time is limited? Is
it because they are using compromised machines, and the 'limited' time is
the time before this is discovered by the compromised host's admin?

You mean, they are 'scoring' the receiving MX in much they same way ASSP is
scoring the sending MX?

I think you may have said this the wrong way - it implies that ASSP is not
legal.... I thought it was completely legal....or was it in reference to the
