Ken,
what about having a button that opens one or possibly two (bad - good)
small 'remember windows', each with a textbox (nothing more) where you can
past what ever you want. This makes it possible to walk through the
BlockReports or MaillogTail and collect addresses and/or IP's. After that,
you open (go to) the GUI frame you need and copy and past the contents of
the 'remember windows' to the GUI.
It could be also a 'remember window' with four textboxes 'good addresses'
+ 'bad addresses' + 'good IP's' + 'bad IP's' !? So you don't have to
search (focus) for the right textbox every time you need it.
I've made a test where you have to copy/past/submit for every single
opened mail file - I found this not usable.

message viewer
I don't think you should worry about having email addresses be clickable.
Copy/paste is easy enough, it would just be nice to have a box to paste
them
into right on that page. What about having javascript run on submit, that
would open another box to show the results? That way we wouldn't have to
navigate away from the page and it should be simpler to implement.
Thanks for considering something like this and not just dismissing it like
so many leaders do on other open source projects!
