I don't think Matti meant that these should be *rejected*, that would be
silly, and I also agree that anyone providing auth based relay services
should *always* enforce strong passwords.

Anyway, I just thought it was an interesting idea without really
thinking more about it, but agree this really belongs on the MTA side of
the equation.
