I did that and it works perfectly. Thanks.

Is there something that my users need to do? Now when they request a block 
report it finds no spam:

"no blocked email found in the last 5 day(s) 
56322 lines with 7.7MB analysed in 1 logfile on host ASSP.nospam in 1 
seconds"

Happens to everyone except me.

It used to work fine for everyone.
