This is possible - just running test's on it - seems to work.

Noticing some phishing scams working around strict SPF by addressing the
envelope (mail-from) to some random address

In the ones I've seen so far, the from header within the message will 
still
show the domain of the targeted bank

 

How much work would it be to compare the 'mail-from' to the 'from' header
and check against StrictSPFRe when there is a discrepancy?
