I'm struggling with lots of mail timeouting without any real reason (1.9.1.x) on windows 2003 server, with just assp and perl
I did a clean install of perl and assp, but it did not solve the problem. Upgraded a few hours ago to 1.9.1.8(2.0.00) but the issue is still present. Server has lots of free ram, and sits idle 99% of the time.
