ok , in fact I replied to customer that ASSP allows valid top-level-domain.
He's russian and he replied me that this puny coded domains "are widely spread 
so its support should be in assp" (his words).
IMHO I think that at least noprocessing should recognize these invalid 
top-level-domains (currently noprocessing does not
allow them to pass) .
