I double checked this again. The IP regular expression is working for both setup options 'ip' and 'file:'. Doug, could it be possible that there was a hidden character in the GUI plain-IP setup - possibly from a copy and past ? Setting up IP addresses in assp is common and often used. Both setup options must work! I need to know, if there is really an issue in any of the related code parts. Please could you setup this feature back to the plain IP address configuration - following these steps: 1 - look in to the folder: files/optRE and find the file 'noScanIPs.txt' 2 - make a backup of this file 3 - now change the config back to plain IP - take care: use the same order for the IP's like in the file noscanav.txt - and apply - this will update the file files/optRE/noScanIPs.txt 4 - check, if there is a warning or error reported in the maillog.txt for this configuration change 5 - compare the updated file files/optRE/noScanIPs.txt with the backup from step 2 - both files should be equal If both files are not equal - put them in a zip and send it to me please (with a small comment about which file has which source). If you feel more comfortable, change the option back to ( file:files/noscanav.txt) :):) Thank you Doug. After moving the 2 IP addresses out of the web interface and into a file (file:files/noscanav.txt), this problem went away. After removing @lists.digium.com|@mythtv.org from No Processing Addresses (NoProcessing) and No Processing Address From (NoProcessingFrom), the problem went away.
