Seems that 'unknown' is commonly used. Not a big deal to change this 
single line.

the usual way to deal with this is to use "unknown", that is, the
received line will be something like

Received: from unknown ([192.0.2.121] helo=some.helo.string) 

that is, if the IP has no PTR, just use "unknown" as the hostname
