We have a department head who needs to be able to request on demand block reports but she should absolutely positively not have any other admin rights. Adding her to EmailAdmins isn't a real option. If she ever found out about the email addresses where you can add spamlovers etc, she'd break everything.
Would it be possible to get a EmailAllowBlockReportRequester option, for users who are able to request block reports but don't get all of the rights that they would if we listed them in EmailAdmins? This would go hand in hand with EmailResendRequester. I'm thinking that there are 2 ways of implementing this: 1) It's just a list of users, and then you use EmailAdminDomains to allow specific rights. No listing in EmailAdminDomains allows a EmailAllowBlockReportRequester to reqest any block report, just like it would if they were in EmailAdminDomains 2) Have EmailAllowReportRequester be in the same format as EmailAdminDomains, and be additive to that. I think it would be simpler to implement and for the admins to understand option #1. Maybe it's as simple as just doing a check if the user is in EmailAdmins or EmailAllowBlockReportRequester? Other related thought: Might it be a good idea to change the title of Restrict Email Admins to Domains* (EmailAdminDomains) so something like Email Admin Block Report Restrictions? That will make it more clear at first glance, even though it's already under block reporting, that this only restricts block reporting and not other admin features?
