Anyone else seeing this?

Now that I've finally convinced the powers that be that staff should be
sending in reports, the volume is increasing (a good thing), but my
notifications are malformed so really hard to interpret. For the time
being I need to be able to monitor these as our users learn what should and
should not be reported.
