If no processing domains matches, the 'noprocessing' flag is set for a
mail.
If whitelisted domains matches, the 'whitelisted' flag is set for a mail.
Both flags are used by assp to skip certain checks - for some checks this
is configurable like in 'BayesWL' and 'BayesNP'.
The collection location for both flags can be different.
the general meaning:
- noprocessing: - don't care, deliver the mail
- whitelisted: - we know the sender, deliver the mail, but take care about
some conditions
