I agree with this. I have a user that sends out a newsletter monthly to ~50,000 users, and it completely wipes out my notspam collection every time, with 15,000 almost identical copies of the same email. I wait until the newsletter send has completed, and then I restore the notspam files from a backup previous to the newsletter sending.
