/assp/lib/rebuildspamdb.pm is created by assp.pl if
'forceRebuildDowngrade' is set

Just noticed this in my logs:
Info: found module /assp/lib/rebuildspamdb.pm version 7.32
...
RebuildSpamDB-thread rebuildspamdb-version 7.32 started in ASSP version
2.5.2(16106)
If I’m correct, the RebuildSpamdb function is inside assp.pl now so it
should be using that instead.
Should I just deleted rebuildspamdb.pm from my assp/lib/ directory and
restart ASSP?
