Hmmm... - somehow strange, it works for me on windows, but this may be 
related to some linux restrictions. I forced as many libarchive security 
features to be used as possible.
I updated 4.28 and removed:

ARCHIVE_EXTRACT_PERM
ARCHIVE_EXTRACT_ACL
ARCHIVE_EXTRACT_FFLAGS
ARCHIVE_EXTRACT_NO_OVERWRITE
ARCHIVE_EXTRACT_SECURE_NOABSOLUTEPATHS

I also made the error messages more informational. Please try it.

There something drives me crasy:

here '.../File_di_input' should be '.../File_di_input.xlsx' in every case
