It will be possible to implement this in to assp. Most of the required 
code is still available (DNSBL, URIBL, ...).

How ever, there is no information in the web about this list (except 
msbl.org). Without knowing anything about the detection rate, I'm not sure 
if it worth to start with this project.

Don’t know how easy it would be to add this to ASSP, but looks 
interesting:

Basically similar to a RBL but instead of looking at originating IPs, it 
looks up emails addresses in the email's Reply-to headers or message 
bodies.

What are people’s opinions/experiences with such a list?

What are the chances it could be implemented in ASSP?
