Are we absolutely sure that all subroutines are covered in the existing 
check routine?  I only ask because something was causing Travis's Perl 
process to go 100%.

Of course I can't be 100% sure, but I did a lot of troubleshooting 
off-line with Travis - and after running the script [to install all the 
modules] I sent him the issue was resolved.  Unless he did something 
else that he hasn't told me about,  I can only conclude that was the 
resolution to his issue.  I thought I recalled similar issues involving 
missing issues in the past.
