Yes, Reverse Lookup and Validate Sender MX are both on.  I'll change the
numbers on the database sizes, too.

No, but I think some Regex will reduce your spam even further. 
Did you test "Reversed Lookup" and/or "Validate Sender Domain MX/A" ?

My recommendation for maxbytes is 4000 bytes and maxfiles 20000
