Seems like it would make sense to have the ability to enter the server that
outbound mail should be sent through.  Even something like __OUTBOUND__:125
would be helpful.

I know IMail, for one, defaults to each host having its own IP and
SmarterMail has added this functionality recently.  We run it because the
cumulative total of our of our list traffic looks like spam to AOL, etc. and
gets us blacklisted all the time.  However, if you break the traffic out
into its individual domains and their associated IPs, it looks like the
actual list traffic that it is and doesn't look like much traffic at all and
doesn't get us blacklisted.

It would also be cool if you wanted to send all emails from a single
"spammaster" account on one of your domains that you be able to setup the
server, login name, and password for smtp auth purposes.
