(usually around 1 for me in most cases) I would recommend using the built-in editor for the files since some external editors do not use the proper file type when saving .txt files. Also note the "Close" button does not save changes and thus will not cause the files to get re-read. Saving the file even if there was no change will however cause a sync within a few min.
