I don't get it.  Won't this restrict any emails that have more than 10 ppl 
listed on the To: line?  For instance when a friend sends out an email to a 
whole list of people, most of the time they don't use the CC or BCC lines. 
Does this To: validation apply to people who have been whitelisted as well? 
If the sender isn't whitelisted, would this not end up blocking legitimate 
email altogether?
