It's running as an NT service and the only thing you see is that the service has stopped. When you start it back up again the log file just shows the final line from when it stopped (nothing special it'll just be whatever was last printed to the log) and the startup messages. I haven't tried running it with the debug switch turned on would that give any more helpful information?
