you should see benefits increasing delay to 3-5 seconds. Don't expect bad 
hosts to go away. They will just keep talking without waiting the 3 seconds 
silence. So you will have to block them and/or add some high score to the 
pb. But there still is no code available to do that and, until we don't have 
some form of multithreading, it would slow assp too much.
