valid per rfc, but i prefer to block it anyway. If you can't get a better 
helo than your bracketed ip, you're not allowed to talk to me (or ask for an 
entry in "Don't block these HELO's*")

i think we discussed about it a very long ago... valid per rfc, but a good 
wording for helo and for the PTR are expected in 2007. So i prefer to block 
it. Pls see all the discussions about uceprotect in NANABl. If it's not a 
rogue server, admins can change their helos (or reverse) to something better 
than a bracketed IP.
