*laugh* Actually - that's exactly why I asked. I took a quick look at the bin file and didn't see the corolation between all the different values in there. Then again, it was a very quick look. And I agree - although a bit off topic, Merak's support has become farily non-existant in the recent past. 5 years ago when I switched to it, it was inexpensive and they provided fast, effective and useful support. Now, it costs a fortune and takes 4 emails back and forth and all I get is a canned response, which more often than not is useless. Actually, their lack of support is one of the reasons I switched to ASSP - I was looking for a good third party soln for antispam because Merak's antispam was so lacklustre. So in a way, I ended up benefitting from their non-existant support. My long term goal now is to completely migrate my servers to something other than Merak. Now that I have found excellent 3rd party AntiSpam (ASSP obviously!) and AV (ClamAV), all I have to do is find a good, reliable, inexpensive backend to handle my mail. Luckily, it shouldn't be too complex to switch - am not using any of their groupware stuff - just basic webmail, Pop, Imap & mailing lists. Thanks again!
